The Coldwater Medical Building is near the corner of Coldwater Canyon and Riverside in Sherman Oaks. From the 101, take the Coldwater Canyon exit and head north to the light at Riverside. Turn right at the light, and 12840 is the first building on the South side of the street. Parking is available in the lot on the east side of the building.
